Terms of Service

The ExtraMafia mobile application is a social Mafia-type game available on Google Play / App Store. The administrator and provider of the application is AP EDU Sp. z o.o., ul. Waryńskiego 26C, 43-180 Orzesze, Poland, KRS: 0000719206, Tax ID: 6342923975, REGON: 369507902. Contact: kontakt@extramafia.com Using the application means accepting these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. The application is free, but the Administrator reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future.

Users can use the application after creating an account using an email address and password. The user undertakes to: - provide a valid email address - maintain password confidentiality - not share the account with other persons The account may be deleted by the user or by the Administrator in case of terms violation.

The user undertakes to: - use the application in accordance with law and intended purpose - not take actions harmful to other players or the system Prohibited activities: - impersonating others - disrupting gameplay - exploiting application bugs - using bots or automation The Administrator reserves the right to block a user's account in case of game rule violations, cheating, or gameplay disruption. The Administrator is not responsible for gameplay and interactions between users, unless they violate the technical conditions of the application.

The application offers social features including chat, friend system, rankings. Communication rules: - Prohibition of vulgar language, threats, discrimination - Prohibition of sending spam or advertising content - Respecting other users - Prohibition of sharing other people's personal data Moderation: - Administrator may moderate content and remove inappropriate messages - Users can report inappropriate behavior - Serious violations may result in permanent ban Friend system: - Adding friends requires mutual consent - Ability to block unwanted contacts - Friend list privacy according to user settings

Fair play: - Fair play and sportsmanlike behavior are required - Prohibition of exploiting game bugs for advantage - Prohibition of intentionally disrupting gameplay - Respecting other players' time Violation consequences: - Leaving games may result in penalties - Repeated violations lead to account restrictions - Cheating results in immediate ban - Administrator may reset statistics if irregularities are detected Ranking system: - Rankings are updated automatically - Artificial stat inflation is prohibited - Administrator reserves the right to ranking corrections

Payment terms: - Payments are processed by secure external providers - Prices are displayed in user's local currency - Payments are immediate and irreversible Virtual items: - Purchased items are licenses, not property - Items are bound to account and cannot be transferred - Administrator may modify or remove items in case of terms violation Refunds and complaints: - Refunds possible according to store policy (Google Play/App Store) - Payment complaints: kontakt@extramafia.com - Unauthorized charges will be refunded after verification Prohibitions: - Prohibition of virtual item resale - Prohibition of payment fraud - Prohibition of using others' payment data

Administrator's rights: - Application and its content are protected by copyright - User receives license to use the application - Prohibition of copying, modifying, or decompiling code - Prohibition of using ExtraMafia name and logo without permission User content: - User retains rights to their content (messages, nickname) - Granting Administrator license for use within application - Administrator may remove content violating law or terms Reporting violations: - Copyright violations: kontakt@extramafia.com - Administrator removes violating content within 7 days of report

Types of notifications: - Game notifications (invitations, turns) - System notifications (updates, maintenance) - Social notifications (messages, friends) - Marketing notifications (promotions, events) Consent and management: - Push notifications require user consent - Option to disable in application or device settings - Marketing notifications require separate consent - Consent withdrawal does not affect account functionality

The Administrator makes efforts to ensure the application works correctly. The Administrator is not liable for: - errors resulting from user devices - consequences of actions not compliant with terms - technical breaks and maintenance - user actions not compliant with law - data loss resulting from user actions The user is responsible for: - maintaining login data confidentiality - compliance of their actions with law - consequences of sharing account with third parties - backup of their own data Liability limitation: - User uses the application at their own risk - Administrator's liability limited to damage amount - Exclusion of liability for indirect damages

Filing complaints: - Address: kontakt@extramafia.com - Complaint should include: name and surname, email address associated with account, problem description and date of occurrence Processing time: - Administrator responds to complaint within 14 days - Complicated matters may require additional time - User will be informed about progress Types of complaints: - Technical problems with application - Payment and billing complaints - User account problems - Terms violations by other users Escalation: - In case of unsatisfactory response, mediation is possible - Final resolution by Polish courts

Data protection: - Data is processed according to Privacy Policy - Encryption of transmission and data storage - Regular security audits - Data backup and continuity planning Reporting problems: - Suspicious activities: kontakt@extramafia.com - Hacking attempts or fraud - Data security breaches - Critical application bugs Cooperation with authorities: - Administrator cooperates with law enforcement - Data sharing according to law - Assistance in crime investigation User responsibility: - Using strong passwords - Not sharing login data - Updating application - Reporting suspicious activities

Administrator may change Terms for important reasons: - law changes - introduction of new application features - security issues - operation optimization Change procedure: - Users will be informed 14 days before changes take effect - Notification through application, email, or push notification - Continued use of application means acceptance of new Terms - In case of non-acceptance, user may delete account Significant changes: - Changes affecting user rights require explicit notification - Possibility to review full content before taking effect

These Terms take effect from publication date.
